Abdominal Wall Reconstruction is a new branch of General Surgery that deals with hernias, from simple to the most complex ones. This is my forte and this excites me the most. Imparting and sharing knowledge with my colleagues is another key area of my work. I conduct research, conferences, and surgical workshops dedicated to modern hernia surgery throughout the country. Apart from hernias, I love spending time at home with family, cooking, urban farming, and travelling to understand different cultures. I believe that it’s important to have a good if not perfect, work-life balance to keep our spirits high.
